You can choose a room at any time of the year with periods of stay from 1 to 12 months, and with the possibility of renewal if you need further, of course.
Enter in the application form: your name, your email and the room code. Within few minutes you will receive on your email the confirmation of the availability for the selected period, in addition to all the information useful to formalize your booking, the required documents and the contacts of your dedicated Property Manager: on the day of your arrival he will accomodate you and will consign you the keys of the apartment, showing your room, your new tenants and providing you all the info you need. La camera CLASSIC è comoda e funzionale, caratterizzata da un letto singolo, una postazione office con scrivania e sedia, libreria con mobile a cubi e armadio. Zona relax con pouff o cuscini per leggere un libro o rilassarsi ascoltando musica. Metratura media, ma ottimizzata in tutti i suoi spazi.
La camera DELUXE, si caratterizza per un’ampia metratura, letto matrimoniale, postazione office e spazioso armadio. Zona lounge con poltrona o divano e la possibilità di un balcone condiviso o privato. Anche una zona lunch con tavolino e sedie per colazione, pranzo o cena in totale tranquillità.
La camera SUITE, è una stanza singola che oltre ad un’ampia metratura e ad un confortevole letto matrimoniale prevede la comodità di un bagno ensuite e/o un balcone in camera tutto per sé. Completano la stanza una zona lounge con divano o poltrona e un tavolino con due sedie come zona lunch.
La camera SUPERIOR, è accessoriata con letto matrimoniale, postazione office con scrivania e sedia, comodo armadio, libreria con mobile a cubi. Zona lounge con poltrona o divano per godersi un po’ di relax nella propria stanza senza rinunciare alla comodità di una metratura più ampia.
