Bills for utilities, as for all the KAMCHU rooms, are calculated on a flat-rate* (Euro 100) and are always inclusive of everything. Included in the price also a weekly cleaning service. Additional services are possible on request such as: pick-up to and from the airport, a laundry service for a weekly change of linen and textiles for the bathroom, the supply of accessories such as espresso coffee machine (with supply of pods for Preparation of the coffee) and much more that you will discover at your arrival or only by requesting it.

The apartment, in the central area, consists of 7 single rooms and 2 bathrooms equipped with sanitary, shower and washing machine, a large entrance with living area and a kitchen complete with all appliances.
The apartment is 10 min on feet from the metro station B (Bologna) in an area served by everything (buses also during the night, supermarkets and local market, shops, clubs, banks, post office etc.), 15 minutes walk from the station Tiburtina (MB) and a short distance from the university La Sapienza and From the historic Villa Blanc (which houses, inter alia, the Luiss Business School).
