The room also has a two-doors wardrobe, a large work desk, a study chair as well as a chest of drawers, bookcase, an elegant rug and several wall-mounted shoe-racks. Given the residential area and the views on the garden owned by condominium, the room is very quiet and equipped ready to use: from sheets to crockery, textiles to bathroom accessories and main appliances in the kitchen and common areas. Also a bike (with helmet and accessories) and a private box for the relative parking complete the room amenities.

The apartment consists of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms as well as living room, kitchen and a large balcony. It is located near Tor Vergata, in Via Tenuta del Casalotto 55/R that is about 15 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by bike from Metro station A-“Anagnina”, in a quiet residential area, complete with all services (buses, supermarkets, banks, post office , local market, characteristic clubs, pubs and restaurants).  In addition to the University of Tor Vergata a few minutes also IKEA, the international airport of Ciampino as well as important companies such as Ericsson Telecom SPA, Decathlon Tor Vergata, LeroyMerlin Romanina.

Bills for utilities, as for all the KAMCHU rooms, are calculated on a flat-rate* (Euro 100) and are always inclusive of everything. Included in the price also a weekly cleaning service. Additional services are possible on request such as: pick-up to and from the airport, a laundry service for a weekly change of linen and textiles for the bathroom, the supply of accessories such as espresso coffee machine (with supply of pods for preparation of the coffee) and much more that you will discover at your arrival or only by requesting it.
