The room, furnished in modern style, has a comfortable private balcony equipped with table and chairs: to study, for a breakfast or even just for a moment of relax in the open air. To complete the supply, a practical ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle.

The room also has a two-doors glass wardrobe, a stand for clothes, a desk, a studio chair as well as a chest of drawers, bookcase and an elegant rug. The room is very large and equipped ready to use: from sheets to crockery, from textiles to bathroom accessories and main appliances in the kitchen and in common areas.

The costs for utilities, as for all KAMCHŪ rooms, are calculated on a flat rate basis* (Euro 100) and are always inclusive of EVERYTHING. A weekly cleaning service is also included in the price.
Additional services are possible on request such as: pick-up to and from the airport, a laundry service for a weekly change of linen and textiles for the bathroom, the supply of accessories such as espresso coffee machine (with supply of pods for Preparation of the coffee) and much more that you will discover at your arrival or only by requesting it.

The apartment, very intimate and private, consists of 2 single rooms and 2 bathrooms as well as living room, kitchen and 2 balconies. It’s located in Via Tiburtina, in an area well served by public transportation, full of shops and characteristic rooms, well connected with “Città Universitaria”, the main site of the University of Rome La Sapienza. Few minutes far there is also the historic district of San Lorenzo, gritty neighbourhood that brings the carefree in the Rome of fashion and it’s an example against the current Italian culture. Rich in murals, restaurants, bars and vintage shops, it’s the beating heart of the Roman student population.

The apartment, renovated with new furnishings and furniture, is just few minutes far from the University of La Sapienza, the train station and the Metro line (Tiburtina) reachable by bus or on foot in a short time.
