Bills for utilities, as for all the KAMCHU rooms, are calculated on a flat-rate* (Euro 100) and are always inclusive of everything. Included in the price also a weekly cleaning service. Additional services are possible on request such as: pick-up to and from the airport, a laundry service for a weekly change of linen and textiles for the bathroom, the supply of accessories such as espresso coffee machine (with supply of pods for Preparation of the coffee) and much more that you will discover at your arrival or only by requesting it.
The apartment, recently renovated and furnished in modern style, consists of 8 rooms and 3 bathrooms as well as living room, kitchen and a large private terrace. The apartment is located in the central Via Salaria, in front of the beautiful Villa Ada, one of the largest and most beautiful villas in Rome. About 10 minutes from the Metro B1 – S. Agnese/Annibaliano, in a residential area but complete with all services (buses, supermarkets, banks, post office, local market, multiplex cinema, characteristic rooms and pubs). Luiss and Sapienza University just few bus stops away.
Villa Ada, with its 180 hectares of land, it’s the second park of Rome for territorial extension, after Villa Pamphili.
